I don’t know if you remember me, but you and I spoke regarding your billet roller cage for my 08 Sportsman 500. I was wondering if it would work, and after comparing various measurements on the phone with you, I bought one.
I have to tell you how impressed I am, not only with the level of customer service you portrayed in our conversation a couple of weeks ago, but also with the quality of the product in which you guys at Holz has provided the ATV industry.
I would like to personally thank you for taking the time to sit with me on the phone comparing measurements from my OEM plastic cage to your billet one. I would also like you to know that my bike seems to be working beautifully…better than new actually!! After getting a new armature plate, I put everything back together last Friday night and took a trip down to the farm Saturday morning. Everything worked flawlessly. The 4WD on my 08 Sportsman 500 actually feels better than new. When I was running in 4WD, the bike felt tighter and stronger than I ever imagined. We tested it pretty good, as we ran through tons of mud, over stumps and fallen trees, and through enough mud puddles to equal 10 football fields, all without even breaking a sweat. And the front differential never slipped a bit.
I think I’ll be looking into some of your other products for my bike, so don’t be surprised if I call you with some measurements.
