Prices:
All prices for products and services are FOB Holz Racing Products, Lynden, Washington. Prices are effective September 15, 2004 and are subject to change without notice.
Payment:
We accept Visa/Mastercard or UPS C.O.D. with payment by cashiers check only. We offer no credit terms. Additionally, all C.O.D. orders are subject to a $7.50 charge per box. These charges are included in addition to the normal shipping charges.
Shipping:
All orders are shipped UPS ground and are normally shipped on a same day basis if received by 12 pm Pacific time. UPS "red" and "blue" label service is available upon request. They also have a same day ordering deadline of 12 pm Pacific time. Refused or returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported to our shipping department within 10 working days of the invoice date. Please inspect all boxes upon delivery. All damage claims are to be reported to UPS or the freight carrier.
Returns:
Do not return any merchandise without calling and receiving a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This number must be issued for all returns, no exceptions. Also, this number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your box. All returns without this number will be refused delivery. As with warranty claims, returns must be accompanied with a copy of your invoice. No returns are allowed on special order items. All merchandise that is given a RA# must be returned to HRP within 10 working days.
Limited Warranty:
Holz Racing Products (HRP) warrants each article manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is extended to the original owner of the components as originally manufactured and specified by HRP.
The company shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective material or workmanship; is limited to the repair or replacement, at its factory, of any defective article or part thereof, which may be returned to the factory; transportation charges, prepaid, within 60 days after delivery to the original user. The company shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article so returned. No claim for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly, or reinstallation of such article will be allowed.
This warranty shall not cover any article which has been misused or neglected or damaged by accident or any article which has been alter outside the company's factory.
The company shall, in no event, be liable for consequential damage or contingent liability arising out of any total or partial failure to function of any article manufactured by it. Failure of a user to give notice of a claim as to defect claimed under the provisions of this warranty within sixty (60) days of the appearance of such claim shall constitute a waiver by customer of all claims with respect to such goods and equipment.
No express, implied, or statutory warranty other than that herein set forth is made or authorized to the company.
